SureClean Solutions is the fastest-growing tile, grout, and shower restoration company in The Villages, FL with over 1,600 five-star reviews. We're looking for someone who can help us grow by running in-home estimates and building customer relationships. If you're motivated by commission, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy working with people, this is the role for you.

Job Features

• Paid training period (2-3 months): Once your commission income consistently outpaces your training salary, you move to full commission.

• $90k+ annual earning potential for top performers (based on 65-75% close rate and $1,200+ average ticket)

• Company vehicle provided (take home daily, fuel/maintenance covered)

• Full-time position – Monday through Friday

• 2 weeks of time off annually (Note: unpaid, as this is a commission-based role)

Responsibilities

• Run 4-6 in-home estimates per day with homeowners in The Villages and the surrounding areas

• Diagnose tile and grout conditions, answer customer questions, and explain our service options clearly

• Match grout colors, set clear expectations, and create detailed notes for our service team

• Present three service tiers based on customer needs and budget

• Build relationships and trust with customers – many become repeat clients or refer friends

• Manage your own time efficiently between appointments

• Follow up with customers and help them feel confident in their decision

• Have sold on commission before and thrived on it (or are ready to)

• Genuinely enjoy talking with people 50-70+ years old and respect their perspective

• Are naturally detail-oriented – you notice things, write clearly, and think about what happens after the sale

• Have experience in consultative or relationship-based sales (not transactional closing)

• Are dependable – you show up on time, every time, and do what you say you will

• Have a track record building your own network or generating leads

• Understand that integrity and great communication aren't nice-to-haves – they're how we do business

Compensation & Growth

During Training (2-3 months): Paid hourly while you learn our system, run estimates with feedback, and complete your first jobs.

After Training: Commission-based (percentage of job revenue). Your income is directly tied to the number of estimates you run and your ability to help customers see the value in our work.

Real Numbers: Running 4-5 estimates per day at a 65-75% close rate with a $1,200 average ticket puts you at $90k+. Some of our best performers earn significantly more.
